Each Dachli is made to order and your personal colour combination is assembled especially for you. For this reason, I’m unfortunately unable to accept returns simply because you changed your mind or would like a different colour combination after ordering.
If your Dachli has a defect or doesn’t match the version you ordered, please get in touch. I’ll be happy to find a suitable solution.

Please get in touch as soon as possible and send me a few photos of the lamp and the packaging. I’ll take a look at what happened and we’ll find a suitable solution together.
